Geoff Fox is a weatherman for Fox CT and has been forecasting weather for over 26 years.  He has been congratulated with 7 Emmys, SPJ and AP Awards, “Best of” awards from Connecticut Magazine and the New Haven Advocate.

Today we welcome Joy Wright.  Ms Wright is the Associate Principal of Two Rivers Magnet School in East Hartford, CT.  Ms. Wright will be the new principal of our school, Moran Middle School in Wallingford, CT, starting on July 1, 2010.

Today we welcome Mr. Alvin Zimmerman from the law firm of Zimmerman, Axelrad, Meyer, Stern, and Wise in Houston, Texas.  Mr. Zimmerman is included in The Best Lawyers in America.  He has presided as a municipal court judge for the City of Houston, was a state district judge, and specializes in the areas of Civil Litigation, Family Law, General Business, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Mr. Zimmerman is also a mediator with experience in areas such as business, employment, and family law cases. A mediator is a neutral person that assists in negotiations and conflict resolution.  For today’s interview we will be focusing on Mr. Zimmerman’s role as a mediator.

Chris Abildgaard is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.  He works with Autisic children and specializes in social cognitive interventions. His firm is called Full Spectrum Therapeutics which offers an array of therapeutic and consultative services for people with developmental and behavioral disabilities.

Dr. Coskun is a neurologist in San Diego.   A neurologist is a person who is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.

Dr. Gilliam directs The Edward Zigler Center in Child Development and Social Policy. Its mission is to create and disseminate research that can be used to inform legislative and other policy efforts on behalf of children and families and to train future generations working at the intersect of research and policy development.
